Training and Development & FarmStay Manager

Kat is our Training and Development Manager, as well as the FarmStay Manager, bringing over 15 years of professional experience in the dog industry.

Originally from Guatemala, Kat pursued her passion for animal behaviour by studying at the University of Hawaii. She has since worked in various roles, managing dog facilities that offer a range of services, including training.

Her extensive background in animal behaviour and facility management makes her the perfect fit to oversee both training and development programs, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for all dogs and staff in our services.
